Do you need a company registered in Ukraine? We can register whichever type of registration you require - from Private Entrepreneur to Open Joint Stock Company. Our staff will have your company registered within a month in most cases.
Ukrainian Companies are required to lodge returns with several Government Departments every month. For absentee owners of companies, this poses quite a problem. There are hefty penalties for failure to lodge these returns on time. Our staff can lodge all the necessary company returns each month with the various Government Departments.
Under Ukrainian legislation it is necessary for foreign businesses or companies who are trading (other than for a 'one-off' occasion) to register a Foreign Representative Office.
