We will collect your rent money,a nd pay it into your bank account directly. We will ensure tenants pay for services, and that those service accounts are paid on your behalf. And each time a tenant leaves, we will change the lock to ensure your apartment's security. And, if necessary, we will arrange for tradesmen to undertake any emergency repairs.
